To disable YouTube annotations for a native player you'll need to add the following line to the playerVars objects:

iv_load_policy: 3

Below is an example of the embed code with the change applied (highlighted in bold):

<script type="text/javascript" src="//"></script>
<div style="width:640px;overflow:hidden;height:360px;position:relative;">
  <div id="hapyak-player-7665-1059"></div>
window.onYouTubeIframeAPIReady = function() {
  var ytPlayer = new YT.Player("hapyak-player-7665-1059", {
      height: "360",
      width: "640",
      videoId: "Xb5wD_0i4Pk",
      playerVars: {
          controls: /(iPhone|iPad)/i.test(navigator.userAgent) ? 0 : 2,
          html: 1,
          playsinline: 1,
          iv_load_policy: 3,
          autohide: 1,
          modestbranding: 1,
          rel: 0,
          fs: 0,
          showinfo: 0,
          wmode: "opaque"
      apiKey: "80049382c5be49ef9147",
      projectId: 27876,
      resetVariables: true,
      player: ytPlayer,
      playerType: "youtube",
      width: 640,
